It's not very easy to clean, I found the easiest way to do it was to spray it out from the inside with a rubber douche filled with water, and buying a drying stick (recommended, it's in the items below this torso sex doll) is a must. The heating stick is also good, but I felt it heated up quickly through friction, but it was a bit cold in other places if you were holding it.
