I literally had to get in the tub with the hairy sex doll. It's heavy!!! I recommend using the detachable shower head with a sprayer to clean the vagina. I would stick a cloth in there to suck out the moisture, you definitely don't want bacteria growing in there. It gets dirty quickly and all the dirt sticks to it and won't come off.
