Welcome to part 4 of Daria's clothing alteration series. Daria, like many dolls, has lots of clothes that "almost" fit. Her and I know nothing about sewing, but how hard can it be to make simple alterations to outfits? This series documents our voyage of discovery. I'm going to try cutting the shirt along the back and then attach Velcro.I bought a huge roll of self adhesive Velcro on Amazon.It's A LOT of Velcro, but I have big ideas for all my tight clothes.This is what the back looks like before I start.I'm going to cut it all the way from the bottom until just under the collar and then use the Velcro.Ok, Lets get started.I was hoping the self adhesive Velcro would attach without requiring any sewing.It's pretty sticky, but does need a few stitches to keep it in place.Damn!
